Overstock.com Peace Coliseum

Overstock.com is a unique round building.   The mechanical system is water-source VRF.   The building houses OVERstock.com’s data center that hosts all their critical web and payment infrastructure.   The building is recovering waste heat from the data center and using it to heat the rest of the building.   Full commercial kitchen, LEED gold certified.
